Your schedule data

The shift schedules you create are stored only in your own browser (using local storage on your device). They are not sent to us or to any server. Clearing your browser data will remove them. We cannot see, recover, or share your schedules.

What we collect

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or payment details to use the tool. We do not intentionally include names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifying information in advertising requests. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and features are useful. Google Analytics may process usage and technical information such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from an IP address. We use this information in aggregated reports to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you personally.

Cookies and local storage

The core scheduling tool uses browser local storage to remember a schedule on your own device. It does not need an account or server-side profile. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure how visitors use the site. We do not currently use advertising cookies to run the core tool. Your browser may let you delete or block cookies and local storage; doing so can remove schedules saved in the tool and can limit analytics measurement.

Advertising and third-party technologies

If advertising is enabled on this site, we may use Google AdSense and other third-party advertising vendors. Google and third-party vendors may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers, to serve, measure, limit, and personalise advertising based on visits to this and other sites. These technologies are used as part of ad delivery and reporting; they are not used by the core scheduling tool to store your schedule.

Consent for visitors in Europe

Before we enable analytics, advertising, or other non-essential technologies for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we will provide the required notice and obtain consent through an appropriate consent-management flow. That flow will let visitors review relevant purposes and vendors and change their choices. Essential browser storage used to keep a schedule on the visitor's device is separate from analytics and advertising personalisation.

Children and sensitive information

This site is a general workplace scheduling tool and is not directed to children. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the schedule fields. We do not create advertising audiences from health information, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, precise location, or other sensitive categories.
